That's what grandpa always said. This is more true in 2010 than ever. We are born with personalities and they develop and expand during our lifetimes. If we pursue new topics, new endeavors, new relationship than the leader side of us grows along with our expertise. Anyone can be a leader with practice and a little motivation. Everyday we live molds our character and lifestyle. It's easier than ever to become a leader of your own community. Leaders are born! That’s what grandpa always said.
